概述:
蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)有著(zhu)直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系統(tong)(tong)“心臟”之稱,是(shi)確保設備正常運(yun)行的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)道防(fang)線, 由于蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)平時(shi)處(chu)于浮充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)備用狀態(tai),時(shi)間一(yi)長,就(jiu)會(hui)出(chu)現蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)性能劣化,降低了(le)直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系統(tong)(tong)運(yun)行的(de)(de)(de)可(ke)靠性,所以(yi)對蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)進行定期檢測(ce)維(wei)護或(huo)落后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)是(shi)十分必要的(de)(de)(de)。 更(geng)換(huan)(huan)失效電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)一(yi)般采(cai)用斷(duan)開直(zhi)(zhi)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),把備用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)并(bing)到充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機上再退出(chu)待(dai)換(huan)(huan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi),這(zhe)就(jiu)大(da)大(da)降低了(le)更(geng)換(huan)(huan)速度,影(ying)響直(zhi)(zhi)流系統(tong)(tong)運(yun)行的(de)(de)(de)安全(quan)性。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)(tong)斷(duan)開直(zhi)(zhi)流屏時(shi),須向省公(gong)司提出(chu)申請。鑒于此,我公(gong)司研究開發出(chu)了(le) 蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)跨接寶(bao),不需(xu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)并(bing)可(ke)直(zhi)(zhi)接更(geng)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)在線更(geng)換(huan)(huan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)跨接寶(bao)。
FECT2012蓄電池跨接寶
功能特點:
1、不需要退出運行中的蓄電池組,可以在線更換單一劣化蓄電池。
2、安全可靠,具有電池方向自動識別分析。
3、重量輕,攜帶方便,一人便可以實現電池更換。
4、儀器自帶有(you)更換電池的安全工具,不需再上其他設(she)備(bei)。
操作要領:
警告!!!本產品于更換電池組中單節電池,必須由專業人員使用!
警告!!!不能反接!反接后有引起電池燃燒或者爆炸的可能!
警告!!!一旦(dan)市電中(zhong)斷電池(chi)組啟動(dong)放電,應立即暫停更換(huan)動(dong)作(zuo),直到電池(chi)組恢復到備用狀態(tai)!
使用方法:參照下圖并按照如下步驟操作
1. 分清并標識好待更換電池,測量電壓,認清極性。
2. 將紅色大夾頭連接到待更換電池的正極(注意:是前節電池的負極處)。
3. 將綠色小夾頭接到待更換的電池負極,此時跨接寶紅色指示燈亮,表示連接極性正確(注意:如果要待換電池的電壓小于1.8V,指示燈無法點亮)。
4. 將黑色大夾頭接到待更換電池的負極(注意:是后節電池的正極處)。
5. 拆除待更換的電池。
6. 將新電池按(an)照原來極性接入(ru)電池組中,拆除跨(kua)接寶的連(lian)接。
